VCODE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 12 August 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the VCode website at vcode.co.uk (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by:
VPASSPORT LIMITED
Company Number: 12397121
England and Wales
Registered office: Suite 5, 5 Raleigh Walk, Brigantine Place, Cardiff CF10 4LN
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
2. What This Site Is
The Site is an informational website. It describes VCode technology, what it does and where it has been applied.
It is not a product. There is no account to create, nothing to purchase, and no service delivered through it beyond the information published and the enquiry form.
3. What These Terms Cover
These Terms cover the Site and nothing else. They are not a licence to VCode technology and they are not a supply agreement.
Any commercial use of VCode, including licensing, integration or access to the platform, is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the customer. Nothing on the Site varies such an agreement, and nothing in such an agreement is limited by the Site.
Applications operated by other companies that use VCode technology are governed by their own terms, not by these.
4. The Information on This Site
The Site is published for general information.
- We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that everything on the Site is complete, current or free from error.
- Nothing here is technical, legal, regulatory or financial advice, and nothing should be relied on as a substitute for it. Take your own advice before acting.
- Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to supply anything on any particular terms. Descriptions of capability are not specifications or warranties.
- We may change, move or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, layout, design, graphics, code and images, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights.
VCode and VPlatform are UK registered trade marks. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use our trade marks, name or logos, and you must not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or authenticity that does not exist.
You may view the Site, and print or download extracts, for your own reference or to share internally within your organisation, provided you do not alter them and you keep our notices intact. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or exploit our content commercially.
We expressly reserve our rights in respect of text and data mining, web scraping, and the use of the Site’s content to train or fine-tune machine learning or generative AI systems. None of that is permitted without our written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Site must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Enquiries You Send Us
If you contact us through the Site, please note:
- Sending an enquiry does not create a confidential relationship, and no obligation of confidence arises simply because you sent it. Do not send confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything commercially sensitive through the form. If confidentiality matters, tell us and we will agree how to proceed.
- You confirm that what you send is accurate, that you are entitled to send it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may use ideas, feedback or suggestions you volunteer without restriction and without owing you payment. This does not affect any rights you hold in your own confidential material shared under a separate agreement.
- How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Site processes and why. In summary, the Site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, loads nothing from third-party hosts, and does not store enquiries in its database.
9. Third-Party Links
Where we link to a third-party website, we do so for information. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly and lawfully, without damaging our reputation or suggesting an association or approval that does not exist. We may withdraw permission to link at any time.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available uninterrupted or fault free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.
You are responsible for the arrangements needed to access the Site, and for making sure everyone accessing it through your connection knows these Terms.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to the Site, including any implied warranty of accuracy, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that:
- If you use the Site for business purposes, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by a virus or other harmful material that infects your equipment through your use of the Site, through your downloading of anything from it, or from any site linked to it.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not affect, and we are only responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms. The version on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies, and the “Last Updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Please check it from time to time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction except where consumer protection legislation provides otherwise. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law there.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form, or in writing to:
VPASSPORT LIMITED
Suite 5, 5 Raleigh Walk, Brigantine Place, Cardiff CF10 4LN
16. General
- If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
- If we delay enforcing a term, that is not a waiver of it.
- Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example on a group reorganisation or a transfer of the business.
- These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site.
